World’s first Composite Superstructure (lifetime warranty), up to 80% Made-in-India parts, Indus/Teknomotor spindles, <50 micron accuracy, 24/7 rated models, manual/quick tool change and open-source friendly controllers.
Untreated EN Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Zinc, Nickel, FR4, PCBs, Acrylic, Wood, MDF, All Plastics, non-ferrous metals and alloys, EVA, rubber, silicone, foam and more. Laser DUO models also engrave/cut leather, wood & coloured acrylic.
With premium spindle implementation, ferrous metal processing is also possible
Our Standard Models ship with 24,000 RPM spindles on the Majestic Series and select Meteor Models. Our PCB manufacturing models boast 40,000 or 60,000 RPM spindles, upgradeable to even 200,000 RPM. All rated for continuous duty. These Spindles are usually in the 1-3 HP range and all standard models are single-phase machines.
Lifetime warranty on composite superstructure + 1-year standard warranty with 100% coverage of all components. Pan-India support and service with extended warranty or AMC options up to 10 additional years.
Yes! Meteor, Majestic and select PCBProto models are explicitly rated for 24/7 operations.
Compatible with ArtCAM, Aspire, VCarve, Fusion 360, etc. Any CAM software that can generate G-code for CNC machines is compatible. Machines with Arduino controllers use the GSender / UGS open source software for machine control. All our models can be configured with LinuxCNC based PC control systems as well. Non-PC controllers are also available on request. All controllers except the Arduino (Italy) are made in India only.
